When this hotel on the edge of the Cotswolds was taken on by new owners in 2018, we were delighted to be able to support with the refurbishment. Having stunning river views from some rooms, we assisted in analysing and breaking down the budget to maximise the return on investment.

Ridgeway also guided the client through a full refurbishment of outdoor spaces, and through a technical development involving the creating of some mezzanine floors in some areas, to maximise space efficiency, whilst creating an attractive design feature.
